Alex Rassekh is a clinical mental health therapist located in Oregon who is developing a Baha'i inspired model of mental health care called the Integrated Nobility Model. This model posits that the central factor in the healing process is one’s recognition and integration of their own nobility, intrinsic worth, and capacity for virtue into their identity, thereby generating new possibilities for change and releasing hidden potentials. Alex is passionate about finding new ways and creating new structures to address humanity's rising mental health problems, including the bridging of mental health and spirituality for individual and societal transformation.
