Arvind earned a Master of Science degree in physics from Indian Institutes of Technology, Kharagpur and Bombay (1965 to 1970), specialized in scientific study of stress in natural systems, practiced wholistic human stress management for over 50 years in India and the U.S. His scientifically trained mind benefited from a spiritual and wholistic outlook on life acquired from an ongoing study of the Baha’i Writings. Arvind is strongly committed to facilitating education for self-help by individuals, families and communities.
