Born and raised in San Francisco, CA., Cynthia has over 30 yrs experience as a senior Human Resources professional in both public and private sectors, specializing in employee relations, organizational development and valuing diversity. After college (Cornell University), she became a Bahá’í, serving the Faith while working and living in California, West Africa (Togo) and then raising her family in London and in Oakland, CA. Mother of two adult sons, and a grandmother, Cynthia is retired, and now lives and serves as a volunteer with the Bahá’í House of Worship, and for Books & Breakfast, which provides a healthy breakfast and homework help to elementary school children in Evanston,IL.
