Darren Hedley is Adjunct Professor of Global Development Studies at the University of Calgary, and a consultant to international development agencies in program and policy management and evaluation. He has lived or worked in 35 countries, in the areas of food, water and livelihood security, gender equality and local institution-building, and he holds a PhD in Policy Studies from the University of Bristol, UK.
