Hedieh Fakhriyazdi is a Senior Manager in Global Diversity and Social Responsibility at the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she oversees the recruitment, retention and advancement of the Firm’s diverse attorneys globally, in addition to the Firm’s social responsibility and pipeline initiatives. She formerly served in a number of Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources roles at Bloomberg LP. While at Bloomberg, she spearheaded the Firm’s co-development of The Civic 50, the first national survey measuring the most civic and community-minded S&P 500 companies in the United States. Hedieh is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Epic Theatre Ensemble.
