Jamar Wheeler is a PhD candidate in Applied Sociology who studies race from an intersectional perspective. Jamar proudly served at the Baha'i National Center for seven years before going back to graduate school. After his studies, Jamar plans to continue using research as a means of advancing social thought and social action, with the ultimate goal being merging one stream of informed action with many others leading to the realization of the oneness of humankind.
