For over ten years, Justine has worked to advance the equality of women and men, focusing on creating inclusive workplace and school cultures. She’s worked with such organizations as the Tahirih Justice Center, a national nonprofit that protects immigrant women and girls fleeing violence, and Futures Without Violence where she lead campaign on healthy relationships and respect amongst students and schools in Washington, D.C. Justine is currently the Director of Relation-Shift, which she founded at the Harvard Innovation Lab after receiving the 2016 Harvard Entrepreneurship in Education Award. She earned her Ed.M, with a focus on human development and psychology, at Harvard Graduate School of Education and lives in her Cambridge, MA with her husband.
