Radiance Talley serves as the director of operations at BahaiTeachings.org, where she integrates her expertise in SEO, journalism, design, and publishing into every aspect of her work. She has edited and written hundreds of articles for BahaiTeachings.org and has also written and optimized articles for California.com, creating high-performing content on a range of topics. Before joining BahaiTeachings.org, she edited for the Kennedy Center and conducted research and wrote for the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery, showcasing her dedication to producing high-quality content. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in communication, a College Park Scholars Arts Citation, and a cognate in journalism. In addition to her artistic and journalistic education, Radiance gained extensive knowledge in theory building, negotiation, conflict management, interpersonal, intergroup, intercultural, and organizational communication, as well as anthropology, sociology, and cross-cultural psychology. She also studied public health in London, Paris, and Berlin, enriching her understanding of global health and accessibility.
