Rezal Martinez-Gillies, MA, P-RDT, holds a masters in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy, as well as a bachelors in Theatre with a minor in Psychology. She has further training in the Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, and is passionate about sharing these tools of transformation with her clients. She has had the opportunity to empower inmates at San Quentin State Prison through the transformative power of theatre, and has had the honor of supporting teen refugees in Oakland & underserved families in Los Angeles. Rezal is excited about the human experience and uses storytelling, the creative word, and creative arts as instruments to support her clients in their journey of growth. She has dedicated her life to personal transformation and is passionate about supporting others in their journey of self-development. She also serves as Faculty at the Wilmette Institute, a higher educational institution which offers courses in Baha’i history, texts, and the Baha’i approach to social transformation.
