How do I become Baha’i?

Sandra
Flanagan Schickele

I became a Baha’i in my home state of Tennessee in 1983. Since then I have lived in Washington DC, Israel, and California. I worked for number of years in corporate public relations before deciding to become a full-time parent. I’m now “retired” from that work as my two daughters are now women starting their careers. I have several volunteer jobs in my local community and serve as secretary of the local Baha’i community. Our community has a budding discourse program, and I hope to share with Baha’i Teachings readers our progress in this area.
