Babak Edraki

Dr. Babak Edraki received his BA in genetics and molecular biology from the University of California at Davis. He received his MD degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C.. He completed a residency in gynecology and obstetrics at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California followed by a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Yale University in Connecticut. He has served in the medical faculty at Stanford University as well at University of Texas Houston MD Anderson Cancer Center prior to going into private practice in 1998. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a full member of the Society of Gynecological Oncologists. He is double boarded in gynecological oncology as well as general obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Edraki lived in Modesto, California for 9 years prior to relocating his practice and family to the San Francisco East Bay. He is married and has 2 children. He enjoys hiking, scuba diving and other sports.
