Hillary Chapman is a writer, songwriter, teacher, and guitarist. He co-wrote, ghost wrote and edited thirteen books on the history of the Baha’i Faith, composed songs in Nashville, and today performs country blues and writes short stories. A fourth generation American Bahá’í, he is the grandson of Hand of the Cause Leroy Ioas and has served on the Bahá’í administrative bodies of New York City, NY, and of Nashville, TN, done community service throughout Russia and French Polynesia, and taught on the Bible and the Bahai Faith. He holds degrees from Haverford College, the University of Pennsylvania, and a diploma from the University of Paris.
