Moneshia zu Eltz is an investment professional and also designs and facilitates discussions on how work can be a strategic lever for a better world, with companies, leaders and individuals. Her undergraduate degree is from Smith College, where she majored in Economics though her true interest was in comparative literature and comparative religion. Moneshia completed her MBA at Wharton and was on a pioneering exchange with INSEAD. She is now an active mentor and advisor for social enterprise. She is from New York, of Indian origin, currently living in Munich Germany with 2 teenage daughters.
