Shastri Purushotma currently lives in Northern California and works at NewzSocial. Prior to this he served as human rights officer for the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the U.S where the primary focus of his work was to shine a spotlight on injustices against Baha'is and others suffering human rights abuses. Before that, he worked for four years at the Bahai World Center in Haifa, Israel. Shastri grew up in Singapore and Australia before moving to the United States.
