She is a writer, poet, speaker, editor, designer, and SEO specialist. She is the co-founder and creative director of The Poets Speak, a publishing and speaking company.

She is the former director of operations at BahaiTeachings.org, where she integrated her expertise in SEO, journalism, design, and publishing into every aspect of her work. She wrote and edited hundreds of articles for BahaiTeachings.org and also wrote and optimized articles for California.com, creating high-performing content on a range of topics. Before she joined BahaiTeachings.org, she edited for the Kennedy Center and conducted research and wrote for the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery, showcasing her dedication to producing high-quality content.

She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in communication, a College Park Scholars Arts Citation, and a cognate in journalism. During her time there, she wrote for lifestyle magazines, served as lead artist for a Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center project, curating and planning artistic performances and facilitating dialogue at events, and as president of the Baháʼí Club, organizing monthly events and earning the MICA MVP Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Campus Community. She also studied public health in London, Paris, and Berlin, enriching her understanding of global health and accessibility.

Radiance delivers speeches, performs her original poetry, leads multimedia interactive workshops, and creates and performs poetic narrative theater—both as a solo artist and alongside her mother, Dr. Barbara Talley, on themes spanning social justice, spirituality, self-help, and wellness. She has performed at various conferences, including the One Planet Summit, the Gratitude Network Summit, and the ARISE conferences. Her speeches, articles, and rhyming poetry deliver powerful insights and moving sentiments that resonate deeply with audiences.
